Suppliers’ Code of Conduct
With this Code of Conduct for our suppliers, Vocento is meeting its responsibility for influencing its supply chain, so that the principles of sustainability and responsibility are shared by our suppliers of goods and services.

At Vocento we are committed to sustainable value creation and to respecting the legitimate interests of our shareholders and investors, our audiences, advertisers, employees and suppliers.
Equality and Non-Discrimination Policy
This policy contains Vocento’s management focus on equality and non-discrimination, as well as our principles, concerns and objectives in this area, beyond mere compliance with the legislation and regulations which are in force.

Purchasing Policy
This Policy aims to establish an identifiable and effective management model for the acquisition of goods and services in accordance with the ethical, social, quality and environmental requirements that have been established by Vocento.
Ethics Channel Policy and Procedure
Contain the general principles applicable to the implementation of Vocento’s internal system for sharing information, as well as the procedure of the Ethics Channel and the guarantees in place for whistleblowers who use the channel in the conditions established in this document.

At Vocento we believe that the health and safety of our workers is vital and we have assumed the commitment to maintain and improve an integrated health system covering all our activities and all people who work at Vocento, regardless of their positions and responsibilities.
Ethics Channel
Ethics Channel
The Ethics Channel forms part of the Policy for Legislative Compliance and the Policy for Crime Prevention. It is a specific procedure which has been placed at the service of all Group employees as well as third parties who have a relationship with Vocento, enabling them to report in a simple and confidential way any behaviour which in their understanding constitutes conduct or actions which are inappropriate or which breach the terms of Vocento’s Code of Ethics or any other internal and external norm that is applicable.
Any reports are received by an outsourced third-party service provider, in order to guarantee privacy and independence, in accordance with the best practices of corporate governance.
Complaints will be examined by members of Vocento’s Ethics Committee, consisting of people in management positions in the legal department, financial department, human resources and organisation department, internal audit, and the secretary of the Board of Directors of Vocento.
Any reports received must contain the data needed to complete an analysis of the facts.

That is why every year we publish a sustainability report which includes relevant information about our activities, including our main numbers, organisation and governance, our management of corporate responsibility and sustainability, and our relations with stakeholders.
