The first edition of EL CORREO was published on 1 May 1910. More than one hundred years later, it is still a young and dynamic publication and is the most read newspaper in Álava and Vizcaya. In its mission to move closer to the reality of its readers, and to extend its influence beyond Vizcaya, it has launched editions in Álava, Guipúzcoa, Miranda de Ebro and La Rioja, as well as Vizcaya itself. In addition to its online portal, the newspaper has launched special mobile apps such as ‘Don Celes’ and ‘Innova Bilbao 2014.
